Sandblom Property Management is a property management company serving the Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, and Bixby, Oklahoma areas for almost 13 years.
What We Do
In our 13 years of experience, we have built a roster of properties including single family homes, duplexes and condos. As our company grows, so does the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance services. We are proud of our association with Keller Williams Realty Advantage. We are members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and focused on providing superior service to both our property owner clients and our tenant customers.
Who We Are
Scott Sandblom, Principal of Sandblom Property Management, founded the company in 2011 and has since grown the business to be awarded "Top Property Management" for Keller Williams Realty Advantage in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 managing over 250 properties in Green Country.
Scott has successfully applied his knowledge and expertise in residential real estate investment to consistently meet and exceed the goals of his clients and tenants alike. He works alongside his wife, Kasia Olek who is also a Top Producing Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in the Tulsa area. Scott attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and has called Tulsa "home" since 2003.
In the Fall of 2021, Sandblom Properties added Ashley Mathis as Office Manager and Accounting Specialist.
In the Spring of 2023, Sandblom Properties added Brice Baustert as Leasing Agent.
